With an academic focus on nutrition and dietetics, I am currently preparing to further my studies with a master's degree to become a Registered Dietitian. My education has equipped me with a profound understanding of the impact that nutrition has on performance and overall health, a truth I bring to life as I work as a personal trainer during the week and as a restaurant server on weekends.
